Meet Narva

With over 25 years of experience as a Managing Broker and REALTOR®, Narva Walton is known for delivering exceptional real estate services across generations of clients—many of whom return or refer others due to the high level of care and expertise she consistently provides. Her professional reach includes a wide spectrum of buyers and sellers: from first-time homeowners and move-up buyers to downsizers, estate sales, relocations, Military and investors.

Narva’s approach is rooted in understanding her clients’ needs and partnering with them to achieve their goals. Her dedication continues well beyond the transaction—her clients value her as a trusted resource before, during, and long after their real estate journey.

She holds several industry designations, including Certified Negotiation Expert® (CNE), Certified Seller Marketing Specialist®, Certified Buyer Representation Specialist®, and is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI). She has been honored as a Five Star Real Estate Broker by Seattle Magazine, a reflection of both her client satisfaction and professional excellence.

Narva is a proud University of Washington graduate, earning dual bachelor's degrees in psychology and communications. She also holds an MBA from California State University, Sacramento. Her early career in sales and marketing at The Seattle Times and later with the Gannett Media and Publishing company (parent of USA Today) laid a strong foundation for her transition into real estate. Her media background also led her to co-host a regional Saturday radio talk show for several years, broadcasting across Tacoma, Olympia, and Seattle.

Having lived and worked in Pierce, Thurston, and King Counties, Narva’s client base naturally spans these regions. She is deeply engaged in her profession and community. She contributes a portion of every transaction to the John L. Scott Foundation, which supports Mary Bridge Children's Hospital, and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity. Narva is a former president of the Washington State Women’s Council of REALTORS®, a national network that fosters leadership among women in the industry. She actively serves on various real estate boards and committees and currently holds the role of Vice Chair on the Board of Commissioners for the Pierce County Housing Authority.

Outside of real estate, Narva enjoys quality time with family and friends, discovering new restaurants, home decorating, cheering on the Seahawks, and outdoor adventures. She has also found great joy in being a host mom and mentor to international college women from countries such as Korea, China, Nepal, Senegal, Pakistan, Turkey, and Japan.

Her motto: "Be Happy. Life is a Journey, Enjoy it."

Seattle

Seattle is a fantastic city for a lot of reasons, but one of the best things about it is the natural beauty that surrounds us. Nothing beats a crystal clear day when you can see the Olympic Mountains and Mount Rainier. But even on rainy days which, yes, we do have a few of here, the views of Puget Sound and Lake Washington are breathtaking. Seattle has a rainy reputation, but our best kept secret is how spectacular our summers are. While a lot of the country is sweltering with heat and humidity, we're basking in the perfect warm days and our long summer days allow us to enjoy water sports, hiking and cycling and tending to our gardens. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are only an hour away. People recognize Seattle by the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, but we also have a thriving arts and cultural scene, great art museums, symphony, opera, and ballet.
